Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

On behalf of Stiffkey Parish Council and the people of our Parish, I would like to express our profound sadness at the news of the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.  Like many other people across the world, we will mourn her loss but are thankful for the sacrifices and contributions she made for our country.

Alexandra Hooper, Chair, Stiffkey Parish Council

For those wishing to pay their respects and leave tributes, the locations within North Norfolk will be:

  • The flagpole at District Council offices in Cromer

  • Fakenham Parish Church near the Fakenham Connect office

You can also email your condolences to condolence@north-norfolk.gov.uk.

North Norfolk District Council has kindly requested that members of the public refrain from laying flowers with plastic wrapping, cards, teddies, and candles with their floral tributes.  The floral tributes will be blessed the day after the funeral and then composted and a tributary tree will be planted.
